The patented Legacy Cook Number Grilling System has ten precision settings allowing you to set the grill, insert the temperature probe, and walk away. Exclusive Even Heat convection technology eliminates hot and cold spots, preventing burning and maximizing the grills BTUs to keep your tank full longer. Eliminating the need for an infrared backburner, the Air Rotisserie convection system superheats and circulates the air - moving the heat, not the meat! The distinctive Shift-Searing system allows you to move the burner with a unique shift lever on the control panel - shift up to grill, roast, or bake, and shift down to focus high temperature on the searing plates.
